AYNI: The Rebirth of Sacred Reciprocity in Leadership and Business

The Call: A Deep Remembering of Reciprocity

Sometimes life whispers a truth that cannot be ignored. Other times, it storms in like a hurricane, dismantling what no longer serves and leaving only the essence behind. For me, it began with a deep journey in the shamanic year-long program Element, during a sacred Plant Ceremony. We had entered the element of Water - the element of surrender, intuition, flow, and release. The feminine. Reflection. Deep truth.

In this sacred space, we participated in the ritual of smoking the Soma pipe, one of the most powerful teachers in plant medicine. Soma (bufo) opens a direct line into consciousness, and for about 30 minutes it breaks everything open, takes you to the core of everything you thought you were—and confronts you with the truth that you are in fact, Everything.

I took a deep inhale and fell upwards.

Or no, infinity fell into me. There was no longer separation. No inside and outside. No heaven and earth. Only unity. All-encompassing.
I was it. The Mother, the Earth, the Cosmos, the breath of the Universe. All the light, and all the dark, and all that being the same thing, at once.

Surrendering fully into that experience, the sounds came. Soft at first, searching, resonating, and then stronger and clearer. A language I had never spoken before, but one that returned to me as a forgotten memory. Words not formed by my mind, but spoken by my very being:

"Ina Maka. Ayni. Ayni Wachi Wachi, Wanu Papai."

And more. And more.
Looking back at it now, some call it light language. It resonated like the Words of Mother Earth herself.
A plea. A remembrance. A calling. A conversation with Creation & Creator, and realising they are the same.

Forgiveness is the path. Love is the essence. Reciprocity is the key.
That night, everything changed.
