THE AYNI AGENCY
S P I R I T U A L I T Y M E A N S B U S I N E S S
Business medicine for high caliber field leaders.
Igniting and navigating new paradigms, with ancient maps.
Activating the people courageous enough to go and do it.
To shift systems.
To change corporates.
To build what's next.
Founders, executives, industry icons, pioneers.
People like you.
It’s time to bring your highest service to life.
Ignite the room, navigate the field, change the world.
About me and my work
My work is devoted to guiding high caliber field leaders. Founders and business executives ready to step into their full potency as industry shapers and field pioneers.
People with the courage to listen inward, and the power to act on what they know. To shift this world into a space of reciprocity and wisdom.
I'm a business medicine woman. I ignite and navigate you into your highest service. That thing you are really here for. Old maps for new paradigms.
I work 1:1 and through Field of Ember
In the intimacy of direct transmission, with leaders, owners and pioneers. For a period of recalibration and ignition of the field and your role in it.
And through Field of Ember, the collective fire of a living field, in mentorship with women ready to step into this work with me and ignite a global collective of business medicine women.
Always in service of responsibility, power and real-world impact.
My business is the Ayni Agency. Ayni means reciprocity.
An ancient principle of right relationship, responsibility and harmony with all of life. Giving without extraction. Receiving without guilt. Impact without depletion.
Self, community, system. In balance and continuous connection.
I founded this work by weaving over twelve years in commercial corporate strategy with more than a decade of deep spiritual, somatic, shamanic, systemic and initiatory training.
Here, spirituality is not an escape. It is a responsibility.
Here, leadership is sacred work.
If you feel the call, I look forward to meeting you.
